Jill Stowell is the founder and director of Stowell Learning Center, a center which specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of processing and learning disabilities. She holds California teaching credentials in elementary education and learning handicaps, an MS degree in Education, a California Resource Specialist Certificate, and Dyslexia Remediation Specialist Certification. She has taught seven years in public school in both regular and special education programs and has spent the past 25 years helping children and adults overcome their learning challenges through the use of cutting edge specialized techniques.
